Players found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds deposited may be returned minus any winnings generated, which shall be forfeited.
TigerSlot reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or during routine account review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
Important: It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for individuals under the age of 18 to participate in real-money gambling. TigerSlot takes underage gaming extremely seriously and will cooperate with any lawful regulatory investigation into suspected underage account access.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on TigerSlot. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts held by that individual may be closed and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.

Your registered mobile number is linked to your payment methods. Keeping it current ensures your Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed to the correct account without delay. Update it in your account settings immediately if your number changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tigerslot account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. TigerSlot will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you are ever contacted by someone claiming to be tigerslot support and asking for your password, treat this as a fraudulent attempt and report it immediately.
Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. Deposits into your TigerSlot account are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (any major Pakistani bank) and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued debit or credit cards. All deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account registered to a different person — are not permitted and will be returned where technically possible, or held pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit, though very large deposits may trigger standard financial monitoring procedures as required by applicable regulations. Deposits are generally credited to your tigerslot wallet instantly for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect during standard banking hours, and may be delayed outside of banking hours.
TigerSlot does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility and are separate from tigerslot's operations. If a deposit fails, please check with your payment provider before attempting a duplicate transaction, as failed deposits may temporarily reduce your available payment limit.
PKR Only: All deposits are received and held in PKR. TigerSlot does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any transfers made in a currency other than PKR will be refused or returned at the prevailing exchange rate, less any fees incurred in the process.
Withdrawals from your TigerSlot wallet are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requirements. For verified accounts, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of request. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within two to four business hours during standard Pakistani banking hours. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your card issuer.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. TigerSlot does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. One free withdrawal per 24-hour period is permitted; subsequent withdrawals within the same 24-hour window may incur a small processing charge, which will be disclosed to you before you confirm the withdrawal request.
TigerSlot reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals above Rs 50,000, or withdrawals to a payment method not previously used for deposits. This is a standard financial security measure and is not applied selectively. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in the withdrawal being held until verification is complete.
TigerSlot offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and event-specific promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific bonus terms, which set out the wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry period and any other relevant conditions. These specific bonus terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your account are held in a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable as cash. They can be used to place bets on eligible games and markets as specified in the promotion's terms. Winnings generated from bonus bets contribute to the wagering requirement. Once the wagering requirement is met in full, winnings — up to any applicable maximum conversion cap — convert to real-money funds and become withdrawable.
If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement attached to an active bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from those bonus funds will be forfeited. Your real-money balance — funds you deposited yourself, not bonus credits — remains withdrawable at any time subject to standard verification requirements.
Example: You receive a Rs 1,000 welcome bonus with a 10x wagering requirement. You must wager Rs 10,000 using bonus funds before any resulting winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement can be completed over multiple sessions and does not expire within the promotion's validity period.
TigerSlot reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal will remain subject to the terms under which it was issued.
All bets placed on TigerSlot are final once confirmed. Once you have submitted a bet and received confirmation from the platform, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended or voided except in circumstances where tigerslot determines that the relevant event was subject to an obvious pricing error, a market was left open in error, or the event underlying the bet was abandoned or otherwise did not proceed to a natural conclusion.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and vary by sport, event and market type. Current stake limits are displayed in the betslip before you confirm. TigerSlot reserves the right to restrict maximum stake limits for individual players or individual markets without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completing under conditions that allow for a natural result, tigerslot reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake. Specific rules for each sport regarding abandonment and postponement are published in the sport-specific betting rules available on the tigerslot platform. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with these sport-specific rules before placing bets.
Each game category on TigerSlot — including sports betting, crash games, card games, roulette and Ludo — operates under a specific set of game rules published within the relevant section of the platform. These game-specific rules govern round outcomes, payout calculations, auto cash-out mechanics, side bet resolution and any other game-specific mechanics. Players are required to read the applicable game rules before participating.
All digital games on tigerslot use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for statistical randomness and fairness. The following activities are strictly prohibited on TigerSlot and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: TigerSlot uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts found in violation will be closed without notice and balances may be forfeited. TigerSlot cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating financial crime.
TigerSlot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, at any time. Upon permanent closure for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Upon closure for prohibited conduct, any balance may be forfeited pending investigation. If an investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance will be returned.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their tigerslot account may do so at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion closures through the responsible gaming tools section are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, TigerSlot operates a formal disputes procedure.
